We at Fifi's Kitchen are always on the lookout for new ways to make healthy eating fun. One of our first offerings in the area of new, light desserts is our Banana-Rum Chocolate Cabbage. Cabbage, as you know, is high in fiber and vitamin C. To increase its appeal, our cabbage is fashioned out of chocolate, over a pound of which surrounds a cocoa genoise sphere which itself is filled with a white chocolate banana rum mousse.
